For Armazéns Cogumbreiro, a heritage boutique hotel in Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, we led a complete brand repositioning focused on elevating perception while preserving authenticity. Our work began with a strategic review of the hotel’s narrative, architectural identity and guest experience. From there, we refined the brand positioning, clarified its tone of voice and built a cohesive visual language aligned with its historic character and contemporary hospitality standards. We developed the website structure and copy in both Portuguese and English, ensuring clarity, emotional resonance and booking-oriented messaging. Photography direction was carefully curated to reflect a refined, editorial aesthetic, with attention to texture, light and materiality. On social media, we established a consistent visual grid, defined content pillars and introduced a more disciplined storytelling approach. The result is a stronger digital presence that aligns with the quality of the physical space. Armazéns Cogumbreiro is now positioned as a distinctive, design-conscious stay in the Azores, balancing heritage, comfort and understated sophistication.
