9iD entered the market with a clear ambition. To simplify car rental in the Azores and remove the friction people associate with the industry. Our role was to build the brand from the ground up. Positioning, identity, tone of voice, and digital presence. Everything had to reflect speed, clarity, and confidence. We developed a visual system that feels modern and direct. Bold typography. Clean layouts. Strong use of color. A brand language designed to stand out in a saturated market while remaining easy to understand at a glance. The identity was built to live first in digital, optimized for mobile, social media, and performance campaigns. Strategically, we positioned 9iD as a digital first rent a car. No counters. No unnecessary paperwork. Booking in just a few clicks. The communication focuses on freedom, autonomy, and simplicity. The car is not the hero. The experience is.
